About Justine
Justine Salas is a seasoned Realtor/Associate Broker with a career spanning since 2008. After separating from the United States Airforce she began her Real Estate journey in Florida, where she not only excelled as a Realtor but also opened her own brokerage and property management company. Her military family ultimately took her to Texas in 2013 where she quickly established herself as a top agent and served as the Training Director at her brokerage.
In 2019 Justine found herself moving to the Mississippi Gulf Coast where she has been thriving and continuing to make significant strides in the real estate market. In 2021, she joined NextHome HomeFront, becoming a pivotal member of the HomeFront family. Her role encompasses handling all aspects of brokerage operations and creating and managing the training program within the brokerage. Today, Justine manages residential real estate transactions, oversees Brokerage operations among three different offices, and serves as the Training Director, leveraging her extensive experience to benefit both clients and colleagues.
